Streamers Carnivale is Lalaloopsy Land's littlest party enthusiast! She is super girly and loves to play dress up... especially with her pet kitty! Sometimes she pretends she's dancing at a grand ball. Streamers is the little sister of Confetti Carnivale.

Streamers is fair-skinned with light pink cheeks and fuchsi hair pulled into low buns, held by a black bow to match her black cat ears. She wears a light purple blouse with a frilly peach-pink collar and a pearl necklace. Her skirt is a diamond pattern of white and black with a peach-pink hem and a mauve material on top. She wears mauve point-toed booties with a dark peach-pink bow below the cuff.
Pet
Her pet is a little hot pink yarn kitten with a big black bow on her head. It has blushing cheeks and a little pink nose. It is also winking.
