She appears to suffer from narcolepsy in the first movie, this is deduced by her consistent need to sleep at random moments throughout the day, anywhere and at anytime. She however does not appear to be a narcoleptic in media following the movie, as she reserves her love for sleeping strictly for her own bed in her own house and at designated times.
As shown in the third Lalaloopsy movie, First Steps, Pillow is introduced to her inevitable love for slumber by her soon to be pet sheep. Pillow, ironically begins as the most energetic character among her friends, the first to rise and the first to get out of bed. Meeting her pet for the first time, Pillow emulates Sheep by using her as a cloud-like pillow and resting on top of her. This is the origin of how Pillow first begins her recurring habit of consistently napping.
Pillow Featherbed was released first in July 2010 as a standard large doll. She is the very first character-doll as well as the front-runner of Lalaloopsy, Pillow is considered the most important character but also the most exclusive in merchandise.
Pillow Featherbed is the sleepiest resident of Lalaloopsy Land. Whether it's morning or night, she manages to end up curled up and fast asleep. Pillow is the older sister of little Blanket Featherbed. Her name is based off of her favorite possessions to fall asleep on - her feathery bed and comfy pillow.
Pillow is a fair-skinned girl with black button eyes and pale pink cheeks. She has neck length curly lilac hair with bangs. She wears a thin headband with a big magenta bow on the right side.
Pillow usually wears a pair of pajamas whether she's in bed or not. Her favorite pair has light pink and magenta stripes and three buttons on the right side. It is trimmed with white and orange striped cuffs, collar, zipper segment, and heart patch on her right knee.
Pillow Featherbed's pet is a fluffy sheep. Its skin is pale pink while its fluff is white, it also has the normal black button eyes but with white circles surrounding them.
In most Lalaloopsy Mini releases Sheep wears an orange sleeping cap.
Around Pillow's home it may seem to always be night! It is very relaxing and comfty, having many sleepy themed Z trees, bottles of milk, a cookie path and roof! She even has a fluffy pillow pile before her door.
Her home is pink with a yellow door on the front and yellow book windows. Her roof seems to be composed entirely out of cookies and on the very top is an alarm clock.
Sheep has a number 5 on its back.
January 3rd is Festival of Sleep Day.
Pillow snores when she sleeps as seen in the Lalaloopsy webisodes.
