About[]

Patch Treasurechest is looking for treasure and gets help from Sand E. Starfish and her blowfish. However, each has a different idea of what a treasure is.

Summary[]

Sand E. Starfish sings a song on a rock in the middle of the ocean, with Blowfish blowing water around and then onto her hair. Blowfish blows water onto Patch Treasurechest, who is on his ship. Patch shouts when he gets splattered, which gets the attention of Sand E.

Sand E. apologizes for getting water on Patch, and Patch responds with no harm done, and that he can't look through his telescope when it's wet. Sand E. asks if Patch has lost something, to which Patch responds that he didn't and is just looking for treasure in the ocean. Sand E. says that she can dive under the water to look for treasure.

Sand E. and Blowfish dive into the ocean, and they find a necklace on some kelp. They then take the necklace up to the surface. Meanwhile, Patch is having trouble looking through his telescope, to which Parrot points out that he is looking though it with his eye-patch. Patch then spots Sand E. coming out of the water with the necklace and gives it to Patch. Patch doesn't need it, so he gives it back to Sand E., who dives back into the water to find something else.

Sand E. finds a pink pearl on a clam. Blowfish blows a bubble around itself, but Sand E. pops it. They then go to the surface with the pearl to bring to Patch. Patch doesn't want the pearl, and Sand E. dives back down into the water to find a chest filled with coins. Sand E. struggles to lift the chest and attaches a hook to it to reel it up to the surface and to Patch. Patch examines the chest, but ultimately puts it back in the ocean.

A rubber boot floats up to the surface and Patch spots it; Sand E. passes the boot to Patch. Patch is excited about the rubber boot and tosses it to a pile of other rubber boots. Sand E. gets confused about this, but declares that it's treasure to him. To thank Sand E., Patch declares her and Blowfish as honorary pirates and puts paper hats on their heads. Sand E. reenacts being a pirate, and continues with searching for treasure under the water.
