About[]

Forest eats a nut that makes his stomach giggle, so Rosy must cure it. Peanut thinks that Elephant is giggling at what she does.

Summary[]

At Forest's house, Forest is eating nuts and Beaver is carving another female beaver, enjoying their life as they want it to be. As their wooden clock tolls two, they realize it is time to go into the woods.

At that same moment, Rosy and Bear are passing through the woods, going to their friends' medical checkups. Rosy expects that her friends are looking forward to it as much she is. First she goes to Crumbs', measuring her temperature and checking her heartbeat. After that, Crumbs offers her to eat if she wants to stay. Rosy declines, thanks her for the offer, and leaves.

In the middle of the woods, Forest and Beaver encounter a new tree that bears nuts. Due to Forest's interest in nuts, he eats a few, but Beaver refuses to eat it.

Rosy goes to Tippy's, taking an X-ray of her and checking her reflexes. After that, Tippy thanks her. Rosy and Bear leave to Forest's. Back at Forest's house, Forest isn't feeling good and notices his stomach is giggling. Rosy arrives at that same moment. Forest claims that he's fine and doesn't need a checkup. Worried, Rosy thinks he isn't well and believes he has an undiscovered medical condition. Forest claims that it isn't anything to worry about and bids her good bye. Rosy insists and moves into Forest's house.

At her stage, Peanut practices her act, with Elephant as spectator. Peanut tries slipping on a banana peel, an orange peel, then various vegetables. Elephant remains not entertained and bored to sleep. So, Peanut thinks of a new act.

Back at Forest's house, Forest insists that he's fine, but Rosy claims that she'll be the judge. Rosy checks Forest's forehead, heart, and finally the belly, where she notices something wrong – a giggling stomach! She tucks Forest in bed. She is excited at the thought of having a new medical mystery to solve. This only upsets Forest and Beaver, so Rosy starts acting concerned about Forest's aliment and checks her book. She asks Forest some questions, and she simultaneously giggles with Forest's belly. She assures him that she'll get to the bottom of the situation before the laughter spreads. With that said, she has to move into Forest's house and make him her number one priority.

Back at Peanut's stage, Elephant hears the giggling and laughs. Peanut, however, never made Elephant laugh and decides to take the chairs away. Elephant hears it again and laughs, and Peanut thinks she made Elephant laugh. She takes her act to a new level; however, it is just as much as a failure as it was before.

Back at Forest's bedroom, Rosy thinks of a way to cure Forest's condition and thinks she needs to cheer Forest down. Sometime later, she arrives with a stack of books, which Bea told her were the "saddest" books in her library, and reads them to Forest. All of the books end happily, failing to stop the giggling stomach. Rosy then makes a not-so tasty green smoothie and makes Forest drink it. After Forest drinks it, Rosy tightly tucks him in bed. Sometime later, she inserts a thermometer inside Forest's mouth and cleans his room. Forest likes his house as it is, but Rosy ignores him with an excuse. Forest's condition gets worse as he eats another nut.

Peanut is sweeping the stage with her broom, and she plans to soon return to practicing a new act. Elephant hears the giggling again and laughs uncontrollably, and Peanut believes that Elephant was laughing at her doing chores.

Back again at Forest's house, Crumbs arrives with freshly baked muffins made just for Forest. Unfortunately, the muffins are too hard to bite into, and one of them falls and damages Forest's floor. Blossom then arrives with a bouquet of flowers, which were ordered by Rosy. Tippy also arrives to dance for Forest and ends up messing up Beaver's art collection. Moments later, Rosy keeps searching her book and claims she is feeling so close to the solution that she can taste it. Rosy admits that she has to stay in Forest's house for another few days, weeks, or perhaps even years. Forest doesn't like the idea, but Rosy says that it's the least she can do for her good friend.

Outside the house, a few people can hear the giggling, which makes them laugh. Rosy hopes it's not spreading and says she must investigate, so she leaves and assures Forest that she'll be back. Forest quickly gets out of bed, fearing Rosy's return. Beaver carves out a wooden version of Forest, and they leave. Some time later, Rosy returns and checks on Forest. She tries to wake him up but fails, so she removes the blankets and sees him petrified. This scares her for a moment before she realizes it was a decoy. In the middle of the woods, Forest and Beaver are enjoying the way they like to live, except for the stomach giggling part.

Back again at Peanut's stage, Peanut is still sweeping with her broom while Elephant laughs. She thinks her act is comedy gold and can't wait to perform, believing it's going to be the funniest show in Lalaloopsy Land history!

Forest and Beaver are still enjoying themselves in the woods when Rosy suddenly appears from behind a tree they were sitting by. Rosy compliments him and asks why he did it. Forest apologizes and tells her that he needed a break and admits he's not used to having so many visitors living in his house, dancing, and green drinks. Rosy gets the point. She also apologizes and assures Forest that she'll leave him alone if his stomach is back to normal. She puts her stethoscope on Forest's belly and hears no giggling. Rosy's work is done, even though she has no idea what she did. Forest gives his thanks and gives her his last nut that he discovered, which also gives her the Belly Laugh. Rosy notices that it was the nuts that caused it. Forest takes her to the tree where he got the nuts. It reminds Rosy that she asked him if he had eaten anything unusual lately. Forest claims that he eats nuts all the time, but that he forgot to mention the giggle nuts specifically, so he apologizes. Rosy awards Forest a sticker for being the "World's Most Patient Patient." Forest thanks her and wears the sticker.

Finally at Peanut's stage, Peanut starts performing her new clown act that consists of her doing simple chores, much to the audience's confusion. Peanut, not hearing any laughter, asks them why they don't find the act funny, claiming that they laughed at her earlier. Rosy explains that all the laughter was coming from Forest's stomach. Peanut ends up depressed. She thinks of making another act before accidentally slipping on a banana peel, bringing laughter to the audience. Peanut thanks them and says it was part of the act. Forest says "Now that's funny," and Rosy and Beaver smile for him.
